This can be used as a dip or a deliciously creamy pesto! I’m not big on cheese, so if you are, add more. The feta makes it extra creamy.
What you’ll need:
- 2 sleeves fresh basil (~2 cups)
- 1 cup spinach
- 50g toasted pinenuts
- 1/3 cup parmesan
- 1/3 cup feta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Optional: 1-2 cloves of garlic
What to do:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Enjoy!
