Basil Pesto Dip

This can be used as a dip or a deliciously creamy pesto! I’m not big on cheese, so if you are, add more. The feta makes it extra creamy. 

What you’ll need:

  • 2 sleeves fresh basil (~2 cups)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 50g toasted pinenuts
  • 1/3 cup parmesan
  • 1/3 cup feta 
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil 
  • Optional: 1-2 cloves of garlic

What to do:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until it reaches your desired consistency. 
  2. Enjoy!
